When we started designing Alfredo, we tried to imagine the concept through the words that would become its identity: tradition, innovation, emotion and warmth.
Alfredo is a path that, through sight, goes straight to the emotions: everything revolves around sight.
For the first time, customers can see how the gelato is prepared: starting from the base, to which is added the milk and gelato mixture, and then creamed. Everything is carried out in front of the customer’s eyes.
